VaultSoft is not responsible for any ban, suspension, restriction, or other action taken against your game account, hardware, or IP address by any game developer, publisher, platform, or anti-cheat system — now or in the future.
We do not control how Game Developers enforce their own rules, we cannot reverse or appeal bans on your behalf, and we will not refund, compensate, or replace keys if your account is actioned for any reason. By using the Service, you accept this in full.
The Service provides third-party software utilities and license keys for use with supported video game titles. VaultSoft is an independent service provider and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer, publisher, or platform holder ("Game Developers").
All game names, titles, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
VaultSoft is not created by, sponsored by, or associated with any Game Developer. No Game Developer has reviewed, approved, or endorsed the Service. Any resemblance or reference to game titles is descriptive only and does not imply any relationship.
Game Developers are not parties to these Terms, bear no responsibility for the Service, and shall not be liable for any use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You acknowledge that use of third-party software utilities may conflict with the terms of service, end-user license agreements, or anti-cheat policies of Game Developers. You assume full and sole responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service, including any account bans or other enforcement actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultSoft, its operators, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cease using it. Nothing in this section is intended to limit the responsibility for bans expressly disclaimed above.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VaultSoft, its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any Game Developer or third party.
Purchases are processed through a third-party payment and key delivery provider. By purchasing, you agree to that provider's terms as well.
License keys are digital goods and are delivered electronically. Because digital goods are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
You agree not to share, resell, transfer, or redistribute license keys. VaultSoft reserves the right to revoke any key used in violation of these Terms.

All content on this site, including the VaultSoft name, logo, design, and software, is the property of VaultSoft. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any request regarding those marks should be directed to their owners.
VaultSoft may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
VaultSoft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
VaultSoft does not sell personal data. We process only the minimum information required to provide the Service — such as your payment identifier from our payment provider and the hardware identifier used for license validation.
Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party provider; we do not store or process payment card details.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
